REICO Long Lease, an open-ended mutual fund managed by REICO Investment Company of Erste Asset Management, has added another logistics property in Poland to its portfolio. 

Savills has successfully concluded the disposal of an industrial property in Olomouc to Conseq Funds investiční společnost. The property is located in the southern part of Olomouc, in a key industrial zone. 

7R is embarking on the development of a huge (230,000 sqm) technological and production hub in Nowa Huta. The initial phase, involving soil remediation, is underway, with construction expected to commence later this year.

Panattoni has completed construction and handed over a manufacturing and logistics facility to Valmet Automotive - a supplier of roof and kinematic systems for the automotive industry. The investment, realised in a build-to-suit (BTS) format, expands the existing factory in Żary. 

Gross realised demand on the Czech industrial real estate market has risen above the five-year average in the first quarter of this year, indicating the potential for market recovery. Over 155,000 sqm of new space has already been delivered to the market this year, and a further 1.6 million sqm is currently under active construction, according to a survey conducted by Colliers.

Bucharest's industrial and logistics market has experienced significant growth, with its modern leasable space nearly quadrupling over the past decade to exceed 3.6 million sqm, according to a Colliers analysis.

The first quarter of 2025 has been marked by extraordinary activity on the Czech commercial real estate market. According to Colliers, total investment volume reached €1.48 billion, already surpassing the full-year 2023 results of €1.15 billion. Several large transactions with a value above €100 million contributed to this record.

CTP has transformed a former tire warehouse at CTPark Bor in the Czech Republic into a cutting-edge logistics centre. The newly refurbished 17,500 sqm facility has been prepared to serve a long-time partner, DB Schenker.
