The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published Q2 2025 figures on Poland’s industrial and logistics sector, based on data from advisory firms including Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Newmark Poland and Savills. The report covers warehouse stock, new completions, projects under construction, take-up and vacancy rates.

Industrial developer CTP said its gross rental income for H1 2025 reached €367.2 million, marking a 14.4% year-on-year increase, while signing 1 million sqm of new leases, an 11% increase compared to H1 2024.

cargo-partner has extended and expanded its lease at MLP Pruszków II, increasing its warehouse space to 14,400 sqm. The logistics provider, a tenant of MLP Group since 2006, added 1,600 sqm to its current lease of 12,800 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by Renthis.

Shanghai Pret Composites, a manufacturer of polymer composites for the automotive and industrial sectors, has signed a lease agreement for a production facility in Opole. The deal, facilitated by Savills Polska, marks the company's first investment in Poland and is part of its broader European expansion strategy.

In Q2 2025, the slowdown of the Slovak industrial real estate market has continued. Developers are facing several challenges, according to the Industrial Research Forum (IRF) overview of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Slovakia. 

More than 417,000 sqm of industrial space were leased in H1 2025, marking an over 20% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to Colliers data. 

OBI, one of the leading home improvement chains in Europe, has extended its lease for over 10,000 sqm of retail and warehouse space at P3 Łódź I. This decision strengthens the company’s long-standing presence in the park, where it has operated since 2008.

Harden Construction is developing a new distribution centre in Ujrzanów, next to Siedlce, as part of Panattoni Park Siedlce. The 6,200 sqm project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 and has been leased to a logistics services provider.
