Dairy producer FrieslandCampina has become the first tenant of the Mureș City Logistics project jointly developed by Global Vision and Globalworth. The company will occupy one quarter of the newly built warehouse that will have a leasable area of 18,000 sqm in total. 

Property investor Globalworth has reported a net loss of €16.1 million in 2022 compared to a profit of €47.5 million in 2021, while the value of its commercial portfolio remained effectively unchanged at €3.2 billion. 

Property group Globalworth says it has delivered office fit-out services for 50 tenants in 12 buildings based in Bucharest that totalled 250,000 sqm. 

Real estate group Globalworth has received 47 ESG-related certifications for its Romanian portfolio during 2022. One of the highlights in terms of sustainability was the scoring achieved at Globalworth Square, which got a BREEAM Outstanding accreditation, with a 99% scoring.

Globalworth announced the signing of two new facilities with Erste Group for an aggregate amount of €160 million. These facilities are part of the ongoing strategic management of our liquidity and debt management initiatives, further strengthening the company's liquidity position at attractive market terms.

Logistics company Elvada and motorcycles and electric bicycles producer Relive Bike RKS Motor are the new tenants in Constanța Business Park, the project developed near the port area by Global Vision in partnership with Globalworth. The spaces leased by the two firms total 9,600 sqm.

Property investor Globalworth aims to reduce greenhouse gases (GHC) emissions by 40% by 2030 compared to the baseline level of 2019. 

Globalworth has achieved the Access4you certification for its entire portfolio of almost half a million square meters consisting of 16 office buildings in Romania, becoming the first landlord to hold accessibility certification for wheelchair users, the elderly, people with limited mobility, and people with strollers. Colliers, the only Access4you partner for Romania, conducted the audits and completed the audit reports for Globalworth's entire building portfolio.

Globalworth has announced the appointment of Dennis Selinas as the new CEO starting January 2023, replacing Dimitris Raptis, who will step down from the executive role and the position of board member at the end of this year. 

Global Vision and Globalworth Industrial are expanding their joint portfolio with Mureș City Logistics, an industrial and logistics last mile project with a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The new investment is slated for delivery in Q1 2023.
