Property group Globalworth says it has delivered office fit-out services for 50 tenants in 12 buildings based in Bucharest that totalled 250,000 sqm.

The fit-outs targeted tenants from various industries including IT&C, law, advertising and banking.

“After the pandemic, the tenants’ requirements have been significantly changed in terms of employees’ comfort at the office. Now we are developing more and more informal working areas, team collaboration areas, amphitheatres, cafes, and relaxation areas. In our fit-outs, we use vivid colours, warm textures, and light. In other words, the office space is starting to look more and more like the home space and is built to bring people together, after a break in which we sorely missed physical presence,” said Raluca Ghica, Head of Globalworth Workplaces Romania.

As part of its ESG strategy, the group integrated biophilic office designs and various PropTech solutions in the fit-outs.
