Greenstone Asset Management, acting on behalf of EuroEast B.V., has announced the sale of the Tensor Office Park in Gdynia to a JV managed by the Czech fund INVESTIKA realitní fond and Bud Holdings. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.
Vastint Poland has received an occupancy permit for the K2 project in Gdynia. The office building, with a leasable area of 11,400 sqm, was built on Kielecka Street. It was designed to meet the criteria of the LEED environmental certification. C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A., the leading freight forwarder, will be the first tenant to move into the building in September 2022.
The authorities of Gdynia state that the maximum amount of useable residential floor space that the city needs by 2045 could be as high as 11.29 million sqm. With this much space around 266,000 people could live in the city – currently, there are around 246,000. For the city's further development both public and private investment is needed. The restrictions imposed because of the pandemic have harmed both sectors. The city of Gdynia has announced that most of the planned investments will be completed, some will be delayed, and others are to be developed as PPP projects.
Vastint Poland has signed a contract with Budimex SA for general contracting services for the initial part of the second phase of the Waterfront complex in Gdynia. The planned investment will be built on Hryniewickiego Street, in the vicinity of Kościuszko Square, and will comprise the construction of four buildings totalling 45,000 sqm including underground garages. The general contractor plans to start construction in May of this year, with the investment scheduled for completion in 2023.
7R has just started building a last mile urban warehouse in Gdynia, expanding its 7R City Flex network. It will be the first logistics facility in Gdynia to be built in the direct vicinity of the port and close to the city center.
Hartwig Gdynia has leased 5,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during negotiations by Cresa.

Panattoni has announced new logistics developments in three Polish cities: Gdynia, Warsaw and Wroclaw. Completion of the projects in Warsaw and Wroclaw is planned for the second half of this year while Panattoni Park Tricity North will be opened in early 2020.

The Polish branch of Japanese logistics company Yusen Logistics has leased 8,700 sqm of additional warehouse space in Goodman’s Toruń Logistics Centre, bringing it up to full occupancy.
Hines has announced the signing of a new seven-year lease with clothing company Local Heroes at the Ambassador office building in Warsaw .The new tenant will initially occupy 570 sqm of temporary space, with plans to expand to 651 sqm later this year.
