Accolade has completed a new logistic park in Elbląg, the first Class A warehouse in this area. The 20,000 sqm industrial park is fully leased to its two tenants: Flex and DPD.
According to the latest report from Workthere.pl, Savills' flexible office space platform, since 2018, flex providers have delivered over 239,000 sqm of new office space in 114 buildings, accounting for 75% of Poland’s total coworking and serviced office stock.
Panattoni proceeds with another development for Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The lease agreement covered a total of 28,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Łódź A1, where the company will occupy both warehouse and office space.

CEE-based flex office provider New Work has opened a new location in Prague. CPI Property Group is expanding its retail leasing department. Dariusz Kafara has been appointed as the new Leasing Manager. At the Warsaw branch of the company, Dariusz is responsible for maintaining the maximum level of commercialisation in two retail park chains from the group's portfolio - CityMarket and STOP SHOP.
Brian Nyeng Olesen, formerly head of commercial at the Salling Group, has been appointed as the new managing director of Netto Polska. The position was previously held by Hugo Mesquita.
M Core appoints Magdalena Kowalewska as the new Chief Operating Officer at LCP Properties, Poland. This comes at the same time that Krystian Modrzejewski has accepted a post as the Group Head of Expansion for Poland, where he will be responsible for realising the opportunity for land and asset acquisition in aid of portfolio growth.
