GTC has signed a €148.8 million loan agreement with Berlin Hyp to refinance its German residential portfolio financing and support further capital expenditure in selected assets.

Crestyl Group and its subsidiary Spravia have signed a €165 million financing agreement with funds managed by Apollo Global Management. Griffin Capital Partners joined as a minority co-investor alongside Apollo funds.

EPP, Poland's largest retail asset manager, has secured a €323.9 million loan to refinance existing debt on its shopping centre portfolio. The financing covers four retail assets: King Cross Marcelin in Poznań, two assets in Szczecin (Galaxy and Outlet Park), and Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław.

Panattoni has secured €22.5 million financing from Bank Pekao for a build-to-suit project in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The funds will be used to build a power transformer manufacturing plant.

Industrial developer CTP has signed a dual tranche sustainability-linked Asian loan facility worth ¥22.5 billion (€122.5 million equivalent) and $180 million. The proceeds will fund the company's development pipeline.

Real estate developer RRG Real Estate Group has signed a €7.8 million financing agreement with tbi bank to complete the first stage of the Lakeside11 residential complex in northern Bucharest.

Baltic investors are becoming increasingly active in the Polish real estate market, reflecting a search for larger and more liquid investment environments than those available in their home markets. Concordia Partners has secured €14.5 million financing from Garanti BBVA to complete The Concord residential project in Bucharest. The development, located in norhern Bucharest, is being developed in partnership with lawyer Gheorghe Mușat.

CEC Bank has provided €36 million financing to Veranda Obor, owner of Veranda Mall shopping centre. The facility will refinance existing exposure, support development plans and enable capital distributions to shareholders.

Developer Immocap has secured a €57 million construction and investment loan from Slovenská sporiteľňa for the Istropolis Atrium office block in Bratislava.
