7R has obtained a development loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing of €15.5 million was provided by mBank.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €120 million investment loan facility to a logistics fund managed by GLP Capital Partners (GCP).
