DL Invest Group has signed a five-year, €28.8 million financing agreement with HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG. The agreement was signed on 25 August, with funds drawn down in the first week of September.
The financing covers a portfolio of 11 retail parks located in Poland's Silesian Voivodeship, including two properties in Siemianowice Śląskie, two in Knurów, and individual parks in Czeladź, Rybnik, Zawiercie, Mikołów, Katowice, Ruda Śląska and Rydułtowy. The properties provide a combined gross leasable area of approximately 44,300 sqm.
"Securing five-year financing from HYPO NOE confirms the quality of our retail park portfolio, the stability of the cash flows it generates and DL Invest Group's credibility as a long-term partner for international financial institutions. Retail parks remain an important element of our strategy, which is based on long-term ownership, active management and the systematic enhancement of the value of our assets," said Dominik Leszczyński, Founder and CEO of DL Invest Group.
The transaction represents a further step in DL Invest Group's strategy of diversifying its sources of financing and building long-term relationships with financial institutions. The funds are intended to strengthen the financial stability of the portfolio and support the Group's continued growth in the retail property sector.
DL Invest Group is one of Poland's largest privately owned investment groups operating in the commercial real estate market.
