Delta Holding has laid the foundation stone for the Delta Planet Niš shopping centre, which will spread over 40,000 sqm on two floors.  Completion is scheduled for spring 2021.

This year Spanish-based developer Gran Via Real Estate will complete the development of the Timișoara 58 residential complex in Bucharest, at the site of the former Frigocom factory, at the crossroads of Timișoara Boulevard and Moinești Street.

Romanian developer Forte Partners has acquired a 9,300 sqm land plot of on Expozitiei Boulevard in Northern Bucharest, Ziarul Financiar reported.

Cordia International announced a public tender offer on 14 February 2020 to buy the remaining approximately 34.34% of the shares in Polnord S.A., which is not owned by Cordia International currently.

Panattoni has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski, planned to total nearly 70,000 sqm. The site is 7 km from the city centre, in the vicinity of the S3 route leading from Szczecin to the A2 motorway, and has already secured its first tenants. They are Omnipack and Logoplaste Polska, taking up in excess of 10,000 sqm in total.

Flow East has pre-leased 75% of its mixed-use project being constructed on Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí), with just 5,000 square metres of office space left available at The Flow Building five months ahead of its completion.

CTP announced a new aggressive growth plan to achieve a portfolio size of 10 million sqm by 2023. In order to reach this ambitious goal, CTP is taking steps towards various options to further strengthen its capital base and enhance its growth prospects. AFI Europe Romania plans to expand the AFI Cotroceni mixed-use project in Bucharest with new retail, office, residential and hotel components. According to Ziarul Financiar estimates, the expansion would see the project’s total value increase from €700 million to €1-1.2 billion.

Panattoni has launched the construction of 25,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica, out of 90,000 sqm planned. The first facility will accommodate the Polish production site of global e-commerce company Spreadshirt Group. Already in August 2020, the company will be taking up in excess of 11,000 sqm of production and warehouse space at the upcoming facility. The lease was mediated by JLL.
