VGP NV has announced results for the first half of 2024. Compared to the first half of 2023, profit before tax has increased by 218%. The company has also concluded a record volume of new rental contracts.

The gap between offer and final prices is narrowing in the Czech Republic and is helping transaction activity for the rest of 2024, according to the regular quarterly office market survey published by Colliers. 

Crestyl has completed two residential houses in its Prague development district Hagibor. The Gamma building with 138 apartments for sale and the Delta building with 168 apartments for rent have passed the building use approval in July.

CTP has handed over a newly completed 18,000 sqm industrial and logistics building in CTPark Žatec to Fiege s.r.o. From this location, Fiege is planning to store and subsequently distribute tyres for retail clients from the Czech Republic, Moravia and Slovakia.
