The qualified investor fund REALIA FUND SICAV has expanded its portfolio with another acquisition in northern Moravia.

More than €1 billion worth of commercial properties were already transacted in Q1 2025 in the Czech Republic, representing a 180% increase compared to the same period last year, according to Savills. 

Since the beginning of March, UDI Group has started demolishing industrial buildings on the Svitavské riverbank in Brno. In their place, the developer is planning to build the Urban Park residential project. 

VGP has achieved full occupancy in VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City by leasing the remaining 18,800 sqm of warehouse and operational space in halls B and C. 

Since early 2024, 7R has been advancing two projects in Czechia. Both developments have obtained full building permits, underscoring 7R’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the region. Now the developer has also appointed Štefan Bohoš as a new Leasing Manager to strengthen its presence in the Czech Republic.

Accolade has received a loan from UniCredit Bank for the construction of two industrial parks. One is to be built in Karlovy Vary and the other in Slovakia, reports newstream.cz.

The Cimex investment group has been focusing on hotel, office and residential projects. The company is responding to Prague's market changes and new trends by transforming older office buildings into modern housing. 

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager for part of the warehouse and logistics portfolio of international investment company Accolade. It will provide asset services for properties with a total area of over 440,000 sqm in locations across Poland such as Mińsk Mazowiecki, Konin, Elbląg, Kielce, Piła, and Koszalin, and in the Czech Republic, including Stříbro Park, one of the largest warehouse parks in the Czech market. 

The Czech real estate market has exceeded expectations in 2024 and confirmed its position as an attractive European market. According to the latest CBRE Q4 2024 report, it has shown clear signs of recovery and is expected to strengthen further in 2025. The NEMO Fund focusing on long-term investments has taken advantage of these opportunities.
