Accolade Industrial Fund reported a crown appreciation of 4.23% in the second quarter of this year. For the entire first half of 2022, the fund achieved an appreciation of 5.45%. These figures were driven primarily by rental growth in the fund's portfolio of 1.2 million sqm of industrial property.
LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) launched the development of a new premium retail and office centre, 100YARDS on the iconic Na Příkopě street in Central Prague. The project will transform three separate buildings into one mixed-use complex which will feature a landmark new shopping destination and premium office space. CPI Property Group's real estate portfolio increased to €20.9 billion in the first half of 2022. InPost has opened a second logistics centre in Łódź. Ultimately, almost 300 people will find work in the 8,500 sqm facility. InPost's logistics centre, located in the vicinity of the A1 Central Logistics Hub motorway, occupies 7.5 thousand sqm of warehouse space and 1 thousand sqm of office space.
