Czech co-working space provider goes public
Hub Ventures, an operator of shared office space in the Czech Republic, is going public this month on the Prague Stock Exchange's Start market. Investors began making orders at the beginning of the week in a fundraising exercise expected to take in as much as €3.5 million (CZK 90 million).

New workspace provider enters Poland
Spaces, a global concept from the Netherlands and offering solutions from the area of flexible workplaces and co-working, has leased 4,200 sqm of office space in Centrum Marszałkowska. As a consequence, Warsaw will become the brand’s first location in Poland. Experts from JLL advised Spaces on the process of negotiating lease terms. Baker & McKenzie supported the company in all legal aspects. The developer of Centrum Marszałkowska - BBI Development - was represented by CBRE and Markowska - Materla law firm.

Skanska invests in CEE co-working network
Business Link and Skanska will co-create an innovative ecosystem for start-up companies, small and medium enterprises, and companies from the business services sector in CEE. The developer has invested in Business Link – the largest network of co-working space and private offices in Poland. Because of Business Link’s planned international expansion, the company will become one of the biggest networks of its kind in the world.

New leases
- Foundever has doubled its footprint to 3,500 sqm within the Bucharest-based Campus 6.3 office building, owned by CPI Romania. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox brokered the deal.
- International logistics operator Logfret has leased nearly 4,900 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Segro Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. The transaction was advised by Axi Immo.
- Prologis has leased 2,200 sqm at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná to BattSwap. The tenant will utilize the space for assembly, storage, and office operations.
New appointments
- Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
- BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has expanded its Industrial and Logistics Agency team with the appointments of Joanna Choromańska, formerly of JLL, and Bartosz Wilczyński, previously with CBRE. The new hires bring a combined 34 years of experience in sector sales, lease negotiations, and build-to-suit project delivery to support the division's ongoing growth.
- Speedwell has expanded its industrial and logistics team with the appointment of Valentin Achim as Leasing and Property Manager for Industrial Developments. Achim brings extensive experience in coordinating commercial and operational activities within the logistics and industrial sectors. In his new role, he will oversee the development and expansion of the company's Spaceplus platform.
