Hub Ventures, an operator of shared office space in the Czech Republic, is going public this month on the Prague Stock Exchange's Start market. Investors began making orders at the beginning of the week in a fundraising exercise expected to take in as much as €3.5 million (CZK 90 million).

Spaces, a global concept from the Netherlands and offering solutions from the area of flexible workplaces and co-working, has leased 4,200 sqm of office space in Centrum Marszałkowska. As a consequence, Warsaw will become the brand’s first location in Poland. Experts from JLL advised Spaces on the process of negotiating lease terms. Baker & McKenzie supported the company in all legal aspects. The developer of Centrum Marszałkowska - BBI Development - was represented by CBRE and Markowska - Materla law firm.

Business Link and Skanska will co-create an innovative ecosystem for start-up companies, small and medium enterprises, and companies from the business services sector in CEE. The developer has invested in Business Link – the largest network of co-working space and private offices in Poland. Because of Business Link’s planned international expansion, the company will become one of the biggest networks of its kind in the world.
