Spaces, a global concept from the Netherlands and offering solutions from the area of flexible workplaces and co-working, has leased 4,200 sqm of office space in Centrum Marszałkowska. As a consequence, Warsaw will become the brand’s first location in Poland. Experts from JLL advised Spaces on the process of negotiating lease terms. Baker & McKenzie supported the company in all legal aspects. The developer of Centrum Marszałkowska - BBI Development - was represented by CBRE and Markowska - Materla law firm.

“Spaces offers workplaces that are suitable for start-ups, small local companies as well as representatives of international corporations seeking places that encourage creative work. We operate wherever innovative business is developing. So we decided to enter Warsaw as it is a city with huge potential. It's full of life and supports the development of creative sectors. Furthermore, it has a wide range of offices, services and entertainment”, comments Klaus Koponen from Spaces.

Spaces, a network from Amsterdam, currently operates in 25 countries across six continents. It offers flexible office spaces adjusted to the specific needs of its clients. It provides an opportunity to lease an office desk for an hour or two, a conference room or larger office modules that are available round-the-clock. Offices are divided into zones that allow for working in full focus as well as holding business meetings and having meals together with other users of the office space.

Centrum Marszałkowska is a Class A+ office and retail project located at the very centre of Warsaw, on the crossroads of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska Streets as well as in proximity to two metro lines. The building will be developed in place of the Sezam Department Store which was one of the elements of a great architectural project developed within the Eastern Wall. Part of the complex consists of an urban passage renovated by the investor. The passage is dedicated to Witold Rowicki - conductor, composer and long-term Artistic Director of the Warsaw Philharmonic.

Centrum Marszałkowska will offer over 13,500 sqm of modern office space and approximately 3,000 sqm of retail space for lease.
