Property Forum is partnering with the Ronald McDonald Foundation for an online charity auction aimed at supporting the Foundation's efforts to construct its third Ronald McDonald House in Poland, providing crucial support to families of seriously ill children. The auction will conclude at CEE Property Forum on 25 November. Our readers and visitors of CEE Property Forum can bid on items such as a football jersey signed by Robert Lewandowski, a painting by Polish artist Magdalena Lenartowicz or entry to an IRONMAN Poland 2026 race. 100% of the proceeds will support the Foundation's vital mission of "Keeping Families Close" by promoting family-centred care.

Dom Development Group has established the Nasz Dom Foundation to consolidate all charitable activities. The Foundation’s work was officially launched with a cooperation agreement signed with the Ukrainian foundation - Housing for IDP. In 2024, Nasz Dom Foundation will donate PLN 3.2 million to support a housing project for internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

The 13th edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament - starts today. 64 teams will play at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw to raise funds for charity. The entire amount raised during the event will, for the second time, be used to support the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the "Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka" Institute. The first project of the charitable foundation Housing For IDPs - the Socialization Centre for IDPs for 19 families - will be opened in the Irpin community at the beginning of the year.

During the JLL 12th Charity Real Estate Industry Beach Volleyball Tournament 2023, a record number of 58 teams from the real estate industry and related industries competed. The tournament was held on August 3 at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw, attracting more than 2,000 guests and raising PLN 810,000, which will be entirely allocated to the construction of the third Ronald McDonald House in Poland at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw. As much as PLN 750,000 was raised during the 11th edition of the Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament organized by JLL.
