The investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has announced the appointment of Iveta Valentová as the new Head of Property. Iveta is bringing to ČMN experience and knowledge in real estate management acquired during her 11 years at CBRE.
At CBRE, Iveta Valentová managed a portfolio of 28 properties with a total area of 700,000 sqm, including office, industrial, logistics and retail properties. She cooperated with 9 important investment funds such as Raiffeisen, Cromwell, Reico, Immofinance and Verdion. This experience gave her a comprehensive view of real estate management issues enabling her to acquire strong management and communication skills, which she further developed in the two-year MBA Real Estate and Valuation program at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague.
