Corwin's Ljubljana office project secures final permit

Slovenia's large office complex, which will be built on the brownfield area, is now set to start construction at the beginning of 2023. Czech UDI Group to build 2300 flats in Belgrade

UDI Group, an international development group with Czech roots, is planning a massive construction in Belgrade, Serbia. Panattoni to build industrial project on Poldi Kladno land

Contera opens part of €118 million logistics park in Ostrava

The new logistics park Contera Ostrava D1 is being built on an area of 350,000 sqm in Ostrava-Hrušov. The first two completed buildings are already fully leased. The project, which was launched in autumn 2020 at an estimated total cost of over €118 million, is being built on a former brownfield site and includes one of the largest and most modern industrial halls in the Czech Republic, Contera announced.

UBM plans 150 flats in Prague brownfield project

YIT Slovakia to revitalize housing area in Bratislava

YIT Slovakia wants to improve and transform another abandoned area in Bratislava's Ružinov district. With the new residential complex on Hraničná Street, it wants to build on its other projects in this part of the city. Skanska invests CZK 970 million in Prague resi project

Skanska will invest CZK 970 million in the first phase of the brownfield residential project Modřanský cukrovar. On the right bank of the river Vltava, 112 apartments and seven commercial premises within the area of 10,500 sqm will be built. After six phases of the project, there will be 797 housing units, Skanska announced on its website.

New leases

  • The Mobile Vet and Mobile Pet chain has leased space in Bucharest-based One Cotroceni Park for the opening of a new veterinary clinic and pharmacy in which it has invested around €500,000. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
  • The Skechers chain has opened a new store in Manufaktura in Łódź. It has the size of 150 sqm.
  • IT company Tata Consultancy Services, has moved into the Wola Center building in Warsaw. The company occupies 3,600 sqm there. At the same time, the owner of the complex, Hines European Value Fund, extended its contract with FaktorOne (470 sqm).

New appointments

  • Carrefour has announced changes to the management of its branch in Poland. As of 1st of June, the position of Commercial and Supply Chain Director of Carrefour Poland was taken over by Eric Yung. Tomasz Waligórski was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
  • At Nhood Services Poland, Agnieszka Gutowska was appointed Head of Brand Marketing & Communication. She will responsible for shaping the brand image in Poland, taking into account the competences of the three business lines Property & Asset Services (PAS), Development (DEV) and Resources, Fund & Investment (RFI).
  • Robert Rogowski, former Vice President of the Management Board of Invest TDJ Estate, has been dismissed from his position. Magdalena Sierankiewicz has been appointed in his place.
