Palmovka in Prague 8 and Nové Dvory in Prague 4 are the largest areas where Prague development company (PDS – Pražská developerská společnost) plans the largest changes and development of new districts. PDS is preparing projects in a total of 12 localities where up to 8,000 urban rental flats should be built, announced the company director Petr Urbánek together with the Deputy Mayor of Prague, Petr Hlaváček at a press conference.
According to the land registry, Microsoft has acquired a large seven-hectare plot of land in Prague's Klíčov district from CPI Property Group. The price of the transaction is CZK 1.5 billion, according to the purchase contract filed with the land registry, reports Seznamzpravy.cz.

The city of Pardubice is transferring one of its largest brownfields, the area of the former Tesla Kyjevská, to Linkcity Czech Republic. The new owner will embark on the reconstruction of this area into a new residential district with 250 apartments, a supermarket and 10 terraced houses.
