Trigea Real Estate Fund has completed one of Poland's largest office transactions this year with the acquisition of Wola Center in central Warsaw.

The Czech investment fund purchased the modern class-A building, which was constructed in 2013 and offers more than 32,000 sqm of office space plus 2,000 sqm of retail and service areas. The project was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio.

CBRE and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang provided advisory services throughout the process.

The building has been managed by Hines Polska on behalf of the HEVF 1 fund. In 2022, Wola Center received the BREEAM In Use Certificate with an Outstanding rating, the highest possible environmental certification.

The project uses 100% contracted green energy, comprehensive LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations that are conveniently situated and optimised to save time for their users. Further sustainable features are PV panels and solar water heating. The building also incorporates modern, non-contact technologies such as QR codes for building access control.
