Wing's Honvéd Center office building in Budapest has received a BREEAM certification. The refurbished office buildings earned their BREEM In-Use Very Good certification with their energy and water-efficient management and with features that contribute to the well-being and health of the occupants.

Industrial developer CTP Romania has appointed Răzvan Danciu as Head of Property Management for its portfolio comprising 2.1 million sqm. 

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has been awarded BREEAM In-Use v.6 for its Westfield Arkadia, Galeria Mokotów and Galeria Wileńska shopping centres in Warsaw, all of which were rated as ‘Excellent’ for asset performance.

Wola Center, the office building in Warsaw acquired by the Hines European Value Fund (HEVF 1) in 2020, and subsequently managed by global real estate firm Hines, has received a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification.

Polish developer Scallier has obtained the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level for its retail park that was opened last November in Focșani. 

Ghelamco’s latest skyscraper at Warsaw UNIT has received a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level, the highest possible rating. This is the first certificate at this level for a high-rise building in Poland and the second one in Warsaw. The certificate was awarded based on the BREEAM International New Construction 2013 system.

Belgian real estate Atenor has announced that RoseVille, its Class A+ office building on Bécsi Road has been awarded the BREEAM “Excellent” sustainability rating. Construction work on RoseVille is in full swing, the building is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2022.

Property developer Scallier says it has secured a building permit for a new retail park located in Turda. The project will have a leasable area of 9,000 sqm and has already attracted a mix of retailers.

Millennium Gardens, developed by TriGranit in Budapest, is over the design stage of the two-stage BREEAM certification, which puts the office building in the Excellent category.

Panattoni has been awarded a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ for the second time. A recently completed BTS development in Świebodzin with an area of 200,000 sqm has successfully undergone environmental certification. In three categories, the project achieved a rating of 'Outstanding'. Among other things, the developer conducted a thorough life-cycle cost (LCC) analysis that covered a 60-year period and installed 3,873 solar panels as well as an intelligent building management system (BMS) and water-saving systems cutting usage by almost 55%. The building has four levels where 30 million separate goods can be stored and is served by 3,000 transport robots.
