Atenor has obtained a building permit for BakerStreet II, a 280-unit residential development in Budapest's 11th district. The project will comprise 280 apartments across three buildings, representing approximately 26,700 sqm of residential space. Located near the Danube and university faculties, it is designed around a landscaped courtyard with green areas and shared amenities.

Belgian developer Atenor has sold its @Expo office building in Bucharest to a private real estate investment firm. The 57,666 sqm office building was delivered in 2023 and is currently 29% leased.

Atenor has appointed János Martin as Country Director for Hungary as of November 4, the company announced on LinkedIn.

Atenor has announced the sale of BakerStreet I, a fully leased office and retail development in Budapest's Újbuda district, to an international investor. 

Atenor announced the signing of an agreement with an undisclosed investor for the sale of the Lakeside project, located in Warsaw. This transaction, which is expected to be finalised by the end of the year, is a part of Atenor’s debt reduction strategy.

Atenor has started to implement a rebranding of its Budapest-based office complex Olympia, formerly known as Aréna Business Campus, in a bid to accommodate new workplace trends, such as remote work and hybrid schedules.

Atenor has completed BakerStreet Phase I, a new office project in Budapest’s South Buda area that will host the HQ of E.ON Hungária Group. 

JLL will be responsible for leasing Atenor's future projects in Poland. Based on the success of Lakeside, Atenor has decided to entrust JLL with the commercialisation of its next two projects: Lakeside II i.e. the modernised UBC II building and FORT 7.

Atenor announced that the first phase of its BakerStreet project in Budapest has successfully obtained its occupancy permit. This Class A+ office complex located in South Buda was planned and built according to the strictest ESG criteria. The leasing agreement for the entire building of 16,643 sqm was signed by E.ON Hungaria Group, the German energy solutions giant. Tenants are scheduled to commence occupancy starting in June.

Atenor signed one of the first green loan transactions in Poland, totalling €38 million in collaboration with BNP Paribas Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska.
