Atenor announced the obtaining of the building permit for the @EXPO project, located in the north-west of Bucharest that includes the development of approximately 49,000 sqm of rentable space. The complex will meet the highest standards of sustainability for BREEAM "Excellent" certification. In particular, it will use innovative technologies to reduce operating costs and increase occupant comfort.  

Israeli company Shikun & Binui has signed an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the 76,000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office complex in Northern Bucharest from Belgian developer Atenor, according to profit.ro.

Atenor has opened a new showroom in Aréna Business Campus Building A that is under construction in Budapest. The building will be handed over in Q2 2020. At the same time, construction of Building B has already been started.

Atenor announced that an agreement has been reached for the sale of the fifth Váci Greens Building to a Hungarian private fund set up by MEFG Zrt. The delivery of the Váci Greens E building, which is being sold in a future state of completion, is scheduled for September 2020.

Atenor has signed an agreement, relating to the acquisition of a plot in the 11th district of Budapest, Hengermalom út 18., with an area of 5,711 sqm.

Atenor has signed an agreement, relating to the acquisition of more plots in the third district of Budapest, totalling an area of approximatively 5,000 sqm. This site is located 400 meters from Kolosy Square.

Atenor announced that its latest large-scale Budapest project, Aréna Business Campus has secured its first two signed lease contracts for the first building. More than 700 sqm ground floor area has been leased to Costa Coffee and a medical centre, one year prior to the building’s handover.

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Romania is reportedly considering the acquisition of the Hermes Business Campus office project in Northern Bucharest, according to zf.ro.

Atenor became the new owner of a Warsaw office complex comprising 2 office buildings with a total area of approx. 32 000 sqm, located in Mokotow. This is the first acquisition completed by the company on the Polish market.

Belgian developer Atenor is starting its latest large-scale project, Aréna Business Campus which is located in the 8th district of Budapest. The real estate developer, listed on Euronext Brussels, bought the 19,000 square meters site under 30 Hungária Boulevard last September, on which a Class A+ office complex of nearly 72,000 square meters will be built.
