Atenor has opened a new showroom in Aréna Business Campus Building A that is under construction in Budapest. The building will be handed over in Q2 2020. At the same time, construction of Building B has already been started.
Atenor announced that an agreement has been reached for the sale of the fifth Váci Greens Building to a Hungarian private fund set up by MEFG Zrt. The delivery of the Váci Greens E building, which is being sold in a future state of completion, is scheduled for September 2020.
Atenor has signed an agreement, relating to the acquisition of more plots in the third district of Budapest, totalling an area of approximatively 5,000 sqm. This site is located 400 meters from Kolosy Square.
Atenor announced that its latest large-scale Budapest project, Aréna Business Campus has secured its first two signed lease contracts for the first building. More than 700 sqm ground floor area has been leased to Costa Coffee and a medical centre, one year prior to the building’s handover.
Atenor became the new owner of a Warsaw office complex comprising 2 office buildings with a total area of approx. 32 000 sqm, located in Mokotow. This is the first acquisition completed by the company on the Polish market.
Belgian developer Atenor is starting its latest large-scale project, Aréna Business Campus which is located in the 8th district of Budapest. The real estate developer, listed on Euronext Brussels, bought the 19,000 square meters site under 30 Hungária Boulevard last September, on which a Class A+ office complex of nearly 72,000 square meters will be built.
Atenor’s new Polish affiliate has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire long-term lease rights on two 30,500 sqm office buildings in Warsaw. These office buildings are known as the University Business Center and are located in the Mokotów district. They offer approximately €3 million in annual rental income.
The fourth phase of the Class A+ Váci Greens Office Complex, the 15,647 sqm, already 60% leased Building D has been handed over. The office campus located on Váci Road will be completed by Belgian developer Atenor within the next two-three years after last two buildings (E & F) are finished. The development is financed by Atenor’s own equity.
Empik has joined the tenants of Agora Bytom. The nearly 210 sqm space offers books, magazines, as well as accessories and toys for children. The contract has been signed for five years.

A new iSpot Apple Premium Reseller store has opened in Galeria MM in Poznań. This is the fourth iSpot location in this cty. The sales floor of the newest store is approximately 100 sqm.
