Czech investment fund Investika has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as property manager for its new acquisition Szyperska Office Center in Poznań. Savills will also once again act as an office leasing agent for the building after a short break.
The Szyperska Office Center is a Class A office building located off the edge of the Warta River dock, close to Poznań’s city centre, at the crossroads of Estkowskiego and Szyperska streets. The property features an underground car park, the ground floor with retail and service outlets, and six office floors offering a total of 18,900 sqm.
