Local developer secures €7.3 million loan for Timișoara resi project

Warsaw’s first Resi4Rent building secures occupancy permit

Cordia raises €105 million to finance its expansion strategy

Cordia International, the residential development platform of Futureal Group has successfully managed its second bond issuance on the Budapest Stock Exchange to finance its further expansion, predominantly in CEE. The developer raised HUF 36 billion (€105 million) in its latest transaction which was heavily oversubscribed by financial institutions and achieved a 2.46% yield. Last November Cordia successfully placed a HUF 44 billion (€305 million) 7-year bond at 3.82% yield.

Hochtief Polska to build nursing home in Wroclaw

Romania’s TeraPlast sells former factory land to local developer

New leases

  • LEGO Group has announced plans to open its eighth store in Poland in the summer of 2025. The new store will be located in Kraków’s Bonarka Shopping Centre. Its size has not been specified yet.
  • The Sinsay brand is relocating and expanding its showroom in the Centrum Serenada in Kraków. The new premises with area of over 805 sqm will open on 29 January 2025.
  • Losan Depot, a distributor of materials for the furniture and interior design industry, has leased 3,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North. The relocation process was advised by Simon, Iuga & Partners.

New appointments

  • Małgorzata Głowicka has joined Ceres as Chief Financial Officer responsible for Central and Eastern European markets. The company provides services in the areas of property management, project commercialisation, construction, redevelopment, modernisation and repositioning of properties.
  • Karol Klin joined the Cornerstone Investment Management team at the beginning of 2025, taking on the role of Commercial Director, Real Estate.
  • Sebastian Barandziak has been appointed as the new President of the Management Board of Euro Styl, a subsidiary of Dom Development Group. The existing board members, Magdalena Reńska and Jarosław Górski, have been appointed as vice presidents.
