VGP and Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies, announced a successful eighth closing with its 50:50 joint venture, VGP European Logistics. The transaction comprised of four logistic buildings, including two buildings in a new VGP park and another two newly completed logistic buildings which were developed in parks previously transferred to the Joint Venture. The four buildings are located in Germany (three) and in the Czech Republic (one).

Real estate group Skanska says it fully completed the sale of office buildings Campus 6.2 and 6.3 within Campus 6, the complex developed in western Bucharest, in its biggest local deal valued at €97 million.

Globe Trade Centre has successfully issued a debut unsecured green bond for €500 million. Bluehouse sold the Korso Karviná shopping centre (in the Northern Moravian region of the Czech Republic, east of Ostrava) to local investor Conseq Investment Management in this year’s first shopping centre transaction on the Czech market.  

By purchasing a 50% stake in a business partner, Fidurock has become the 100% owner of Retail Park Choceň on June 8, 2021. With this step, the company completed the acquisition, which began in 2018 with the purchase of 50% of building land. The construction itself began in April 2020 with the opening to the public taking place in December of the same year. 

According to JLL experts. the uncertainty caused by the pandemic has directed investors' attention to strategies based on nearshoring. The beneficiary of this trend, just as a decade ago, may be Poland.

Globe Trade Center announced today that it has been assigned an investment grade rating of BBB- with a Stable Outlook by Fitch Ratings and Ba1 with Positive Outlook rating by Moody’s Investors Service.
