Romanian proptech startup Bright Spaces has raised €1.5 million to continue the development of its digital leasing solution for commercial real estate. 

CBRE acted as an advisor to Patria Investiční společnost in the acquisition of a portfolio of two retail parks for the newly established Patria Logistics and Retail Fund from the Czech development group KPD. The two assets are the Ovčáry Retail Park in Kolín with a retail area of ​​8,950 square meters and tenants such as Lidl, Sinsay, Teta, Pepco, Tedi and Deichmann, and the Mohelnice Retail Park with an area of ​​approximately 2,750 square meters and long-term tenants, which are Mountfield and Jysk.

Polish developer Scallier has purchased a retail project in Timișoara from Oasis Group for an undisclosed sum. 

Accolade expands its presence on the Polish market. The company has acquired two new industrial locations in Szczecin, with the intention of investing in the development of modern, Class A warehouses totalling 73,000 sqm GLA. The investment continues Accolade’s strategic expansion in the Szczecin region.

Transactions in Romania’s commercial real estate market amounted to €298 million in the first half of the year, down 23% compared to the same period of 2020, according to a report by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

CBRE Global Investors has secured an additional commitment of €200 million from South Korea’s Public Officials Benefit Association (POBA) to build a diversified European real estate portfolio. After leverage, this equity commitment provides additional investment capacity in excess of €400 million.

The Arete Investment and Real Estate Group signed an agreement with Raiffeisenbank to draw a €30 million umbrella credit line. The funds will be used to accelerate the growth of the Arete Industrial SICAV fund's portfolio through prepared acquisitions and new construction of industrial real estate while maintaining a safe and conservative LTV ratio.

M7 Real Estate has acquired the Terrapark office complex in Budaörs, Hungary, on behalf of M7 CEREF II. The purchase is in line with the Fund’s strategy of targeting value-add and core plus office, logistics and industrial investments in the key Central European markets of Hungary, Croatia and Poland.

Shares in Romanian One United Properties started trading on Monday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
