Vastint Poland has been awarded the LEED Gold certification for the Sound Garden Hotel located within Business Garden Warsaw. This is the last of seven buildings that make up this  complex, which has successfully undergone multi-criteria environmental verification.

These positive trends are expected to continue into 2024, with a recovery in the number of international guest nights in Polish hotels. In the long term, the market will increasingly focus on hotel retrofitting and implementing modern technological and ESG solutions.

In Bratislava´s Ružinov district, between Gagarinova, Mierová and Brodná streets, the construction of the Polyfunkčný objekt Mierová is planned, reports YIMBA.sk. This mixed-use project is being prepared by the developer RETEP, which has received a binding opinion from the city.

Hospitality group Accor plans to open more than 90 hotels across Europe, Middle East and Asia during 2024, of which four will be based in CEE markets.

Together with Ibis, the newly constructed dual-branded hotel is located in Liberty, Wing’s mixed-use project. Ibis & Tribe Budapest Stadium offers 332 hotel rooms, split evenly by the two brands, and a complex set up with various F&B outlets, as well as meeting and fitness facilities.
