Equinox Nepremičnine d.d., the first public limited company on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange to engage in real estate leasing and development, has just negotiated a strategic 20-year lease on Grand Hotel Union, uHotel and Hotel Lev in Ljubljana. The deal was signed with world-renowned Hotusa Group, for a cumulative rent exceeding €110 million. The operator search was exclusively organised by Cushman & Wakefield.
The hotel will be erected on Hungaria Boulevard and is an investment of Europa Investment Property, which belongs to the Premiot investment group, Építészfórum reports.
Riga-based hotel operator Mogotel announced its debut in Hungary via LinkedIn. With the cooperation of Accor and the financial support of state-owned development finance institution ALTUM, Mogotel is bringing Novotel Budapest Centrum into its hotel family.
French group Accor will open a new Mercure hotel in Alba Iulia in the second quarter of 2024. The new Mercure Alba Iulia Cetate hotel will feature 112 rooms and apartments and facilities such as a restaurant, SPA and conference room.
Radisson Hotel Group announced the debut of its luxury lifestyle Radisson Collection brand in Croatia, with the opening of Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
