Gránit Asset Management has completed the acquisition of the Park Center retail portfolio from Revetas Capital, creating one of Hungary's largest centrally managed retail park networks under the Zone Retail Park brand.

The Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund, managed by Gránit Asset Management, acquired 8 retail parks and 4 standalone stores comprising 45,000 sqm of gross leasable area. The transaction adds these assets to Gránit's existing properties, creating a network of 20 units across 19 cities from Debrecen to Nagykanizsa.

"This acquisition is of strategic importance for Gránit Asset Management. By establishing a nationwide platform, we are creating sustainable, long-term value for our investors and providing a stable foundation for our tenants," said Álmos Mikesy, Chairman and CEO of Gránit Asset Management.

The portfolio demonstrates strong performance with nearly 100% occupancy rate. Nearly 50 international and domestic brands provide diverse retail offerings, while the balanced tenant mix ensures consistently high footfall.

Bence Rohr, Principal at Revetas Capital, added: “From restructuring to stabilization and monetization, Park Center Hungary demonstrates our ability to manage complexity and exit with precision. We remained conviction-driven throughout the hold period, actively enhancing income quality and liquidity. Park Center Hungary exemplifies Revetas’ hands-on approach to transforming special situations into institutional-grade investments.”
