Zagreb Property Forum 2026 takes place on 17th September at the Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb, bringing together investors, developers, hoteliers and technology innovators for a full day of discussion on the state of Southeast European real estate. The event opens with a look at the region's macroeconomic backdrop, followed by a series of panels examining capital markets, hospitality investment and the growing role of technology in the sector.

The day begins with a session on the CEE economic outlook and the challenge of sustaining growth in an uncertain global environment.

The investment panel brings together investors and fund managers to discuss the shifting dynamic between lenders and investors, addressing how financing conditions are reshaping deal-making across the region.

A dedicated hospitality panel looks at the forces reshaping hotel investment across Southeast Europe, with senior representatives from major international hotel groups sharing their outlook on development pipelines and market positioning.

The final panel of the day turns to proptech, exploring how technology is genuinely changing the way real estate is built, financed and managed, cutting through hype to focus on practical applications already reshaping the industry.

Attendees can also expect extensive networking opportunities throughout the day, including a networking brunch and a closing reception with prosecco.
