Logicor has acquired a 28,000 sqm freehold logistics asset in Budaörs, located 12 km from Budapest city centre. The property, now named Logicor Alligator, comprises warehouse and office space within the M0 Budapest ring road.

The 3,800 sqm facility is located directly adjacent to the runway at M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, with direct connection to the airport's air cargo logistics operations.
