Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has appointed Tomáš Lörincz as Head of Retail Agency, effective September 2026. Lörincz brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and a decade of real estate practice, and will lead the retail leasing team in Slovakia.
In his new role, Lörincz will be responsible for developing retail services in Slovakia, growing the team and supporting clients with the leasing and occupation of retail properties. The retail platform he joins currently oversees leasing at Bratislava's Aupark, OC Novum in Prešov, Galéria Petržalka and four regional shopping centres.
During his career, Lörincz has gained experience in the exclusive leasing of 15 shopping centres, tenant representation and open-market transactions, covering both the landlord and tenant sides of the retail market, including strategic leasing and supporting retail brands in their expansion.
"Retail has changed significantly in recent years. Customer behaviour, store formats, tenant expectations and the way owners manage tenant mix are all evolving. This dynamic is what draws me to retail and is one of the reasons I decided to take on this new challenge at Cushman & Wakefield. I believe that together with the team we can further develop our services and deliver not only quality transactions but long-term value for clients," said Tomáš Lörincz, Head of Retail Agency, Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia.
"Tomáš brings exactly the combination of experience we want to develop further in our retail business: deep market knowledge, commercial experience, an understanding of both landlord and tenant needs, and team leadership. His arrival is a meaningful step in confirming our position as the strongest retail player in the local market," said Tomáš Némethy, Managing Partner, Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia.
