Dagesh Group, which owns the Platinum Center office building and developed other boutique residential projects, is investing  €6.5 million in a new residential project in Bucharest.

Opera Residence is being developed on Calea Plevnei 52, in the immediate vicinity of Opera Park, and has two buildings with a total of 46 apartments.

"The construction works have already started and 40% of the apartments are already pre-contracted. Due to the lack of land in the area, the offer for new housing is limited. From our estimations, the sales will be completed until the apartments are delivered, in the 4th quarter of 2022”, says Alina Verdeață, Founder & CEO of Green Alley, the consultancy firm which is selling the project.

The project is financed by Garanti Bank, and Vitalis is the company designated to oversee the development.

Dagesh Project and Construction Management have been active since 1985 in the management and construction of major projects, as well as the development of its own buildings. The developer is owned and managed by Tzohar Gabriely and Shlomi Abecassis, civil engineers with extensive experience and elaborate knowledge of construction project management. The company has employed over 20 experts and handles important projects, both in Israel and abroad.
