Crestyl has fully launched its new Dornych project in the neighbourhood of Brno's main railway station, offering a clinic, hotel, coworking and dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes. At the end of October, the old shopping centre has been closed and is now being cleaned out and is awaiting gradual demolition.

It will start in December with secondary buildings, then the main building will come next in January. Its demolition will last four months, during which preparatory work for the next building will also begin. The new Dornych project of the Crestyl group will then open in 2027 and will offer a freely accessible public space flanked by several smaller buildings. The lower floors of the new buildings will be reserved for shops and services, while the upper floors will house a hotel, clinic, rental housing and offices.

As part of the Dornych project, the current dilapidated huge building will be replaced by a partially roofed, freely accessible public space with a total area of 25,000 sqm, around which there will be six smaller buildings. They will house the NYX Hotel Brno with 170 rooms, 186 rental apartments and approximately 50,000 sqm of offices, restaurants, shops and services. For example, one of the buildings will be occupied by the EUC clinic, which, on an area of over 6,000 sqm, will offer surgeries and two pharmacies. The company Scott.Weber Workspace will open the largest centre of flexible spaces and coworking in the South Moravian region with facilities for 600 employees and a private five-hundred-meter terrace on 5,200 sqm.

Parking is provided in underground garages. The project will be connected to the street network and an underpass under the station and will connect the historic centre of the city with the planned South District. The total investment in the project is over CZK 7 billion (€277 million). The general contractor for demolition, construction pits and base build construction is Gemo. The entire project will be managed by RUBY Project Management.
