Investment giant Ares Management is selling two logistics parks in Czechia and one in Budapest, Czech daily Seznam Zprávy reports.

Office construction in Czech regions is slowing down as developers increasingly focus on residential projects due to poor profitability without pre-leases or prime locations, according to a report by Colliers.

The Czech industrial real estate market closed 2025 with a record gross take-up of 2.07 million sqm, with Q4 alone reaching 642,000 sqm. Czech investment group SPM has acquired Campus Science Park, a business complex in Brno, from Corebridge Real Estate Investors (CREI). The complex was developed in phases by CREI in partnership with developer White Star Real Estate.

CTP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South, with ABB as the key tenant. The global electrical engineering company will occupy over 17,000 sqm for low-voltage switchgear production and a development centre, creating up to 60 new jobs initially.
