PSN through its Brno branch is completing the acquisition of two extensive sites in Brno owned by energy company E.ON. 

The Czech commercial real estate investment market is experiencing a record-breaking year, set to reach €4.1 billion by the end of 2025, according to Savills research. To date, 69 transactions have been completed with a total volume of €4 billion, with additional deals worth tens of millions potentially closing by year-end.

Czech investment group SPM has acquired Campus Science Park, a business complex in Brno, from Corebridge Real Estate Investors (CREI). The complex was developed in phases by CREI in partnership with developer White Star Real Estate.

CTP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South, with ABB as the key tenant. The global electrical engineering company will occupy over 17,000 sqm for low-voltage switchgear production and a development centre, creating up to 60 new jobs initially.

CTP and ČEZ ESCO announce the launch of new solar power plants in and around Brno, the Czech Republic's second-largest city. The combined 5.5 MW rooftop installation is the largest project of its kind in the South Moravian region and will reduce emissions by more than 2,800 tons of CO₂ per year. A total of nearly 86,000 sqm of solar panels will cover the rooftops of industrial buildings at CTPark Brno and CTPark Brno South. The projects are part of the long-term cooperation between the two companies to develop sustainable energy solutions across CTP's portfolio of industrial parks.

CTP’s Vlněna mixed-use urban business park in the centre of Brno is expanding its portfolio of services to include healthcare and aesthetic services. 

The revitalisation of the Brno brownfield into a lively urban district has been commenced. Today, the developer PSN has tapped the cornerstone of the first stage of the Brno Jedna project.

Garbe has received a building permit for the second phase of its Garbe Park Brno South project. It is adding two modern buildings, bringing the park’s total area to 111,000 sqm.

In the first half of this year, 777 new residential units have been sold in Brno, 26 per cent more than in the same period in 2024, with the average price of new apartments setting a new record, according to the current analysis of Trikaya, which has been monitoring the development of the Brno residential market for a long time.

Although the total supply of office space in Brno is approximately 5.6 times smaller than in Prague, space currently under construction has already reached half the level of the Capital, according to the Regional Research Forum's H1 2025 analysis of market dynamics in Moravia.
