Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has joined the company where she will head the new Corporate Finance CEE department as a Partner. CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Radek Zeman as Division Director and Barbara Topolska as Country Manager for Poland, in addition to the refinancing of the IGY shopping centre located in Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic. The newly secured loan of €60 million was provided by Komercni banka for a term of five years.

HB Reavis has appointed Peter Pecnik to the Chief Executive Officer position in Poland. In his new role, he will manage a team of 170 across the Polish market, the largest among the Group’s business operations. Stepping down from his role as CEO for Poland, Stanislav Frnka is leaving the company after more than 12 years.

JLL appointed of Robert Sztemberg as Business Development Director at JLL’s Capital Markets Department, which specializes in providing investment advisory services on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, from large offices and retail centers to industrial portfolios and hotels.

Alicja Zajler joined Colliers International as Director in the Valuation and Advisory Department. Together with Ewa Czarnecka, Senior Partner and Director, Alicja will manage the department and set the course for its development.
