Avison Young team in Poland is expanding by appointment of Marcin Purgal – experienced director, active on Polish and CEE commercial property markets for ca. 15 years. He is taking the position of Senior Director in the Investment Advisory Department.


Marcin is a member of RICS. He has been developing his skills and gaining experience at Savills and also at Knight Frank, where most recently he served as Director in the Capital Markets department. Throughout years he has successfully closed many important transactions in the Polish market such as office buildings Retro Office House (Wrocław), Silesia Star (Katowice), Maraton (Poznań), as well as industrial and retail properties including HopStop Portfolio. He has collaborated with such notable investors and investment funds as Globalworth, Hines, CPI Group, Union Investment, Skanska, Develia and many others. The total transaction value of the projects closed by Marcin amounts of €1.5 billion.

At Avison Young, Marcin will be responsible for sales and acquisitions of commercial properties conducted by the Investment Advisory team. He will be also dedicated to establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and seeking new investment opportunities.

  • BearingPoint has relocated its Bucharest office to Vastint’s Timpuri Noi Square, in a deal brokered by Griffes.

New appointments

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
