As of May 1, 2020, Dr. Mihály Schrancz, former Development Director of Property Market Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft. has been appointed Managing Director of the company. The company's Financing and Investment Director, Dr. Bence Nádasdy, will hold the position of Managing Director at Property Market’s asset management company, Kopaszi Gát Kft.
The former Managing Director, Dr. Gergely Árendás had managed both companies their foundation in 2015. He will continue to collaborate with Market Group.
The BudaPart mixed-use project in Budapest has so far seen the handover of 266 apartments in 2 residential buildings and a 20,000 sqm office building. 3 residential buildings and 2 office buildings under construction. As part of the project, another 20 buildings are planned.
