Ghelamco has announced changes in the management board of its Polish companies. As of 14 April 2023, Paul Gheysens, owner and founder of Ghelamco, took over as President of the Management Board, and Jarosław Zagórski became the new Managing Director, replacing Jeroen van der Toolen in this position. The board was also expanded with the addition of new members: Michael Gheysens, Marie-Julie Gheysens, Chris Heggerick and Rafał Gierczak.

Sergii Stoliarchuk has joined the immo lab team as Business Development Ukraine. He is responsible for cooperation with Ukrainian real estate companies in Poland.

Vlad Stanislav has been named Managing Director of JLL in Romania, replacing Silviana Petre-Badea who held the position for the past seven years. He has over 22 years’ of experience in management and had previously held the role of Managing Director of Tetris Design & Build. 

Passerinvest Group has appointed Eduard Forejt as its new Business Development Director. He has expanded his current position to include activities related to the development of the sales team, planning and control of business activities as well as client and partner care. As this is an expanded position, Eduard Forejt will remain responsible for the development of Passerinvest's business activities and acquisitions, the company announced. 

Effective from the beginning of March 2023, Urszula Matej-Bil has been appointed Management Board Member responsible for marketing and communications at EPP, the largest asset manager of retail real estate located in Poland. She has been at the company since 2019 when she joined its structures as PR and Communications Director.

Property developer Atenor has named Viorel Lăcătuș as Country Manager in Romania. He has more than 19 years’ worth of experience in real estate, mostly in advisory roles.  

The Czech branch of Knight Frank is expanding its portfolio of services. Until now, the company has focused on the commercial real estate segment, with the new addition of residential real estate services. The newly established department is headed by Kateřina Poláková, who has extensive experience in sales and marketing management in the residential segment, the company announced.

Real estate advisory firm Savills has strengthened its management board in Poland with the appointment of three new members acting as business line directors. 

Chris Dinsdale will take up a position as president and CEO of the Calgary Airport Authority, the operator of Calgary International Airport in Canada, Budapest Airport announced.

Polish warehouse developer 7R has appoin­ted Michał Białas as a Member of the Management Board. Michał Białas will continue to develop the company, expand the real estate portfolio, and support leasing.
