Accolade has expanded its management team with the addition of a new director responsible for the commercialisation of the entire group's portfolio. Joanna Sinkiewicz brings over 16 years of property industry experience and will be responsible for achieving the company's strategic goals.


Joanna Sinkiewicz will strengthen the management team and aid the company in achieving its strategic goals, primarily by optimising commercial strategies and building lasting relationships with tenants and partners. In addition, as Group Commercial Director, she will also oversee projects in all the markets where Accolade is active from an asset management point of view.

Before joining Accolade, Joanna managed industrial and logistics teams across the Central and Eastern European region at companies such as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. She graduated in law from the University of Warsaw, before going on to study marketing, management, and property management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Accolade operates in six European countries, investing in the infrastructure for global business brands, primarily in the e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Accolade owns a network of over 50 BREEAM-certified industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Slovakia.
