The Antracit development group is expanding its project team and changing its organizational structure. Zuzana Bajgarová has been appointed Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In the medium term, Antracit Group plans to significantly expand its development projects not only in the Czech Republic but also in Slovakia. "The group's growth is to be supported by the appointment of a new director, other project development experts and a change in the organisational structure," says Jan Hasík, managing director of Antracit Group and chairman of the board of HSF System construction group, adding: "Zuzana Bajgarová brings to the Group, in addition to her many years of experience and professional competence, a strong work commitment and the ability to manage large international projects from start to finish."

The Antracit Group has recently completed the Antracit PorubkaPoint project in Ostrava, in which it is the long-term tenant of a bouldering centre in the Moravian-Silesian region called Hangar. In Považský Chlmec in Žilina, the Antracit Spot Žilina project is under construction - a building for a gymnastics and parkour academy with a planned opening in early 2024.

In the Czech Republic, Antracit continues to develop the Václav Multifunctional House project in the centre of Ostrava, which will offer premium office space and residential and commercial units. The Antracit Livia project focuses on the construction of single-family houses - smart wooden buildings with integrated photovoltaics and control systems. In Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem Antracit is revitalising brownfield sites into modern business facilities. In Slovakia, Antracit Prešov offers warehouse halls, showrooms or shops and is currently in negotiations with potential buyers. For the next project, Antracit Senec, documentation for the EIA stage and zoning procedure is being finalised. "Together with development teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we will also continue to develop sustainable, digital and innovative solutions in line with ESG principles in all our current and planned projects," adds Zuzana Bajgarová.
