P3 Logistic Parks has appointed  Marek Jaskula, who is well-oriented in real estate thanks to his previous experience as a real estate consultant, as a new Leasing Manager.

Marek Jaskula is moving to P3 after almost three years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked as a real estate consultant in the industrial sector. His abilities in market analysis, negotiation of conditions, and understanding of specific client needs will also be used in the current position of leasing manager in P3.

Marek Jaskula graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Ostrava. He also gained experience from the industrial and investment environment in the Czech Republic at the CzechInvest agency.

"I had the opportunity to observe Marek's work already at his previous place of work and I believe that he will put his overview of industrial real estate as well as his knowledge of the business environment to good use in cooperation with our tenants," said Jan Andrus, Head of Leasing at the Czech P3.

"Working for P3 and being in charge of renting A-class parks in the best locations in the Czech Republic was very appealing to me. I am looking forward to building long-term relationships with existing clients, finding new business opportunities and developing our portfolio," says Marek Jaskula, the new P3 Leasing Manager.
