As of August 1, 2024, the Property Management Department at Savills has been further strengthened. Petra Gavendová has joined the department as Business Development Lead.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience in strategic property management, property administration, and setting operational and financial goals in line with the strategies and visions of investors, owners, or tenants.

Petra's main role at Savills will be to expand its business development activity, manage existing client portfolios, and oversee the implementation of strategies across new management mandates.
Petra joins Savills from Knight Frank, where she led the Property Management team. In the past, she has gained multi-sector expertise across office, industrial, shopping centre and retail sectors.

"The Property Management Department at Savills has a solid foundation that Petra will further develop thanks to her business experience and proactive approach to both existing and potential new clients," says Stuart Jordan, CEO at Savills CEE.

"It is a challenge for me and also a chance to apply the experience I have gained in all areas of real estate. A key goal of mine will be to attract and bring in new clients. I have also been long interested and involved in the area of ESG, which I consider an important part of modern and efficient building management," adds Petra Gavendová, Business Development Lead, Property Management at Savills.
