BIG Poland has officially rebranded the former Power Park Kielce as BIG Kielce, marking a new chapter for the retail park following its acquisition earlier this year. The opening celebration took place on 22 August at the site on Radomska Street, with a programme of free events for residents of Kielce and the surrounding region.
BIG Kielce offers close to 37,000 sqm of leasable area and is located a few minutes from the city centre. Tenants include Auchan, OBI, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Jula, JYSK, TEDi, VIVE Profit and Abra. The retail park provides more than 1,000 surface-level parking spaces and convenient access from central Kielce and from the main approach routes.
"The rebranding of BIG Kielce is another important step in the development of our portfolio in Poland. We want our retail parks to be active destinations that build strong relationships with their local communities. A regular calendar of events and activities for customers is an important part of the BIG strategy across our portfolio, and this weekend's event marks the beginning of this approach in Kielce," said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
BIG Poland acquired Power Park Kielce in April 2026 as part of its strategy of investing in retail parks and developing them through active asset management, marketing and community engagement. The company has been active in Poland since 2022 and currently operates a portfolio of 13 retail parks totalling nearly 258,000 sqm GLA, located across Andrychów, Lubin, Łubna, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn, Suwałki, Koszalin, Kielce, Dzierżoniów and Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
BIG Poland also has four development projects in preparation in Piła, Olkusz, Konstantynów Łódzki and Bolesławiec. The company received the Investor of the Year title at the CEE Retail Awards 2026, while BIG Gorzów was named Retail Development of the Year, CEE at the Eurobuild CEE Awards 2025.
