Refield has begun construction of Pasaż Łańcucki, a retail park of 11,200 sqm being developed on a 3.5-hectare site on ul. Przemysłowa in Łańcut, adjacent to Regional Road No. 877. The project is being delivered on a turnkey basis for local company Bispol Invest Sp. z o.o., with opening scheduled for September 2027. JT Konkurent is serving as general contractor.

Łańcut has a population of around 18,000, while Łańcut County is home to approximately 80,000 residents. The development's catchment area extends to roughly 370,000 potential customers within a 30-minute drive, including visitors from the Rzeszów metropolitan area some 20 km away.

The scheme is already nearly 90% leased. Lidl will serve as the grocery anchor, with its store already under construction. Other confirmed tenants include CCC, Shock Price, Rossmann, Action, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Tedi, Smyk, Hebe and FlyPark. Customers will have access to more than 430 parking spaces and three independent access points.

"Our objective was to create a destination that will complement the city's existing retail offer with a broad selection of well-known brands and services catering to residents' everyday needs," said Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, CEO of Refield. "The project's highly advanced leasing level demonstrates that tenants also recognise the potential of this location. Łańcut is a strong local centre, and the development will also serve the needs of residents from surrounding towns and villages, as well as part of the Rzeszów metropolitan area."

Refield focuses on regional Polish cities that combine purchasing power with a broad catchment area. In recent years the company has delivered projects in cities including Chełmno, Lidzbark Warmiński, Golub-Dobrzyń, Kępno and Bartoszyce. Over the next two years, Refield plans to develop projects totalling around 100,000 sqm, with a pipeline including retail parks in Sanok, Leżajsk, Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Środa Wielkopolska and Tomaszów Mazowiecki.
