BIG Poland has completed the rebranding of the former Grodzisk Sfera Park and officially opened BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki, its second retail park in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. The property, located at Żyrardowska 14 close to the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, offers approximately 11,000 sqm of GLA across 19 stores and service outlets. Tenants include Biedronka, Sinsay, New Yorker, JYSK, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, KiK, TEDi, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, Woolworth, Świat Książki and Kodano Optyk, as well as food and beverage operators. The fully leased park provides 350 parking spaces and benefits from access to the A2 motorway and the DK50 national road.

BIG Poland has officially rebranded the former Power Park Kielce as BIG Kielce, marking a new chapter for the retail park following its acquisition earlier this year. The opening celebration took place on 22 August at the site on Radomska Street, with a programme of free events for residents of Kielce and the surrounding region.

Hala Targowa in Gdańsk has reopened after 18 months of renovation carried out by Apsys Polska, attracting 25,700 visitors on its first day of operation. The revitalisation, the most extensive in the building's 130-year history, cost 141 million złoty and was conducted under the supervision of the regional heritage conservation authority.

Novotel has opened its first hotel in Croatia, marking the Accor brand's debut in the country. Located at the eastern gateway of Zagreb, the 163-room Novotel Zagreb sits 20 minutes from Franjo Tuđman Airport and 15 minutes from the city centre.

Logistics developer CTP has built a new coworking centre named "Clubco' in the IQ Ostrava complex on Náměstí Republiky where the company Tietoevry was previously located. The premises are suitable for small and medium-sized companies, as well as corporations or freelancers. Up to 130 people can work together in 1,512 sqm of office space.

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of its new retail park development in České Budejovice in Southern Bohemia. The new Czech retail park was developed in partnership with local partner Asset Services.

The biggest Czech commercial project by Skanska is officially open to both tenants and visitors. Port7 provides 36,000 sqm of prime office and retail spaces. Compared to typical buildings of its size, Port7 boasts over 43% reduction in energy consumption and a 50% decrease in potable water usage.

Radisson Hotel Group has opened its 18th hotel in Poland with its first Radisson Blu Resort in Ostróda. Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury is located directly on Lake Drwęca in the Masurian Lake District.
