Romanian real estate developer One United Properties has announced that Claudio Cisullo has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors starting May 20. He has recently become the third biggest shareholder of the developer and was Member of the Board of Directors of One United Properties since 2020.

Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Gorzów, where it has recently secured another tenant. Global logistics operator Fiege has leased 11,000 sqm in the park, which the company will use for the logistics operations of a client from the production sector. Panattoni Park Gorzów should be completed in November this year when it will comprise almost 70,000 sqm. The entire park is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Very Good’ level.

The RSBC investment group of financier Robert Schönfeld bought the Milenium Center office complex on Hybešov Street in Brno from Generali Investments' CEE investment fund. The market value of the asset in the heart of the Moravian metropolis is estimated at €7.8 million (CZK 200 million).

Local developer Passerinvest Group is preparing its second large-scale project in Prague, Nové Roztyly. The project is to create offices and other jobs for nearly 3,000 people and to provide housing for around 1,500 residents, local daily E15 reports.
