Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.

Regesta S.A. provides professional road haulage and domestic and international forwarding services. It specializes in transportation using coil-well platform semi-trailers. Regesta also offers comprehensive logistics and warehousing services. In the Wrocław logistics park, it leased 17,387 sqm of warehouse and 158 sqm of office space.

“It is another warehouse space that we have customized to our client’s needs. We offer our clients advanced contract logistics built around modern technologies and high-skilled professionals. Drawing on our extensive experience, we deliver not only terminal services comprising cargo storage, warehousing and loading, but also a wide range of tailor-made operations to provide comprehensive logistics appropriate for the type of business and products. We go the extra mile to respond to clients’ needs as they arise, so we opted for another location – Hillwood’s project in Krajków,” says Tomasz Kulig, Head of Logistics, Regesta.

Hillwood Wrocław East is located in Wojkowice (Żórawina municipality), by the Wrocław East exit of the A4 motorway. It is only 20 km from the centre of Wrocław and 25 km from Wrocław Strachowice Airport.

“The building leased by Regesta has been built to a higher fire resistance standard – above 4,000 MJ/sqm – and customized to the client’s needs and requirements, including a forklift charging area. Additionally, as part of the project, we have set up a 50kW photovoltaic system which will contribute to environmental protection and reduce service charges for our tenants,” says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director, Hillwood Poland.

“Regesta is in expansion mode and Hillwood Wrocław East is its first location in Lower Silesia. The choice of this warehouse was driven by its immediate availability. Another key factor was ensuring that the leased space met the firm’s business needs in the future,” says Marcin Łukoszko, Senior BTS/BTO Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.

Wrocław East, just like all the buildings developed by Hillwood, features LED lighting. It also provides ample parking spaces for tenants and their clients. The park also allows easy access for employees as it is located 100 metres from a bus stop and a 20-minute bus ride from the centre of Wrocław.

“Regesta had clear expectations about the location, including access to the A4 motorway, and the number of docks they wanted. Hillwood Wrocław East meets the tenant’s needs,” adds Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
